world wide Basal cell carcinoma is the most common skin
cancer. Usually occurs on sun exposed area. Can occur
anywhere on body but are more common on face around eyes.
Looks like simple appearing nodule in initial phase and is
often taken by patient lightly. Aggressive behavior
becomes evident only after years.
Goal of treatment is to remove them totally and
reconstruction to achieve best possible functional and
aesthetic ( cosmetic) result.
